The lake that we were staying on sends up these paper lanterns in honor of all of the people that have served our country. We got a few of them and sent them up at dusk.
Here is a picture of a lot of the lanterns in the sky. I wish that the picture could have captured how amazing this really was.

I read about a way to capture “writing” with a sparkler, so we tried it out and it worked. Here are some of the best ones that we got. You have to write them backwards, so some of them are a little off.
