We headed to a smaller beach that also has a splash park called Millennium Park. It actually rained in the morning and was a little cloudy so there were very few people there and we had the beach to ourselves.
It was the perfect day to build a sandcastle.
and destroy it! (Cavner’s favorite part!)
We also rented a paddle boat and paddled around the lake.
Then one night we had a picnic dinner at Holland State Park and Ella and Cavner got to play a little in the sand before the sun set.
and our last day in the pool…
On our trip Ella started to learn to swim without her floaties.
