I can NOT believe that my little boy is 1. I am absolutely in love with him, and I can barely remember the days where he was not a part of our family. He has now had about 3 days of celebrating his birthday that started on his actual birthday, March 11. These are the pictures from that day.
We got some cupcakes from a shop that just opened a few weeks ago. Don’t they look good?

We lit the candle and stepped back to take some pictures and he went straight for the flame with his hand. It scared him and he cried a little, but he did not get hurt. Just a little wax on his hand.
After that, he was a little afraid of the cupcake. Just look at that face…
Mommy then gave him a little taste of the frosting and he decided that the cupcake was very yummy.
Ella picked out a pink princess cupcake for herself.

Later that night we went to the Melting Pot for dinner. This was definitely NOT the best idea. Two kids without proper naps, and a 2 1/2 hour dinner do not really go well together.
