4 months old!!

My baby is 4 months old. I can hardly believe how fast it has gone! Cavner you are 1/3 of the way to one year old. So far it has been such an amazing and wonderful journey. You are the cutest little boy with so much personality.

How could you not love this adorable little face?????



So what have you been up to lately?

You are now rolling over from your front to your back! When we put you on your tummy you immediately put your arms down and lift your head and chest up. You then just drop your head to the side and roll yourself over. Sometimes your legs get stuck and you have to work to get them over, but when you do you have the cutest little look of accomplishment!

You have been drooling a lot. We haven't felt any teeth coming in, but we are thinking that it might be coming soon.

You are growing more and more everyday. We aren't going to the doctor until after our trip to Michigan, but when we do we will update with your height and weight. You no longer fit into a size 1 diaper and you have graduated to size 1-2 (what does that size mean anyway??).

You still usually wake up just once during the night :(

You nap about 2 hours every afternoon. If I am lucky, it is at the same time as your sister :)

You love your pacifier, and you now LOVE to grasp toys. You especially love the ones that make crinkly (is that a word?) noises.



Your dad and Grandpa Weener hope that you will be a golfer :)



You love to smile and it is so easy for us to get one from you. Your favorite time to smile and laugh is on the changing table. You LOVE to get your diaper changed, and if we touch your little bare belly you give out the cutest little laugh. A deep, throaty kind of laugh. It really makes us all giggle!



You love it when your dad bounces you around and sings "Pony Boy" to you. You are ALL boy!!



You really enjoy sitting up and looking around at the world. You love sitting in your little chair and playing with all of the toys on it and you have started to love sitting in your sisters chair (even though she doesn't like this!). Looks like we'll be needing to get you one of your own soon.



You are pretty much enamored by your big sister as she is with you. You love to just look around and watch her play. She also loves to get REALLY close to your face and just look in your eyes. She likes to tickle your face and she gets so excited when she gets you to smile or laugh. I can just hope that you will both continue to love each other as much as you do now!



You are the sweetest little baby boy and I absolutely love being your mom! I just need you to slow down a little bit so that I can hold on to you being a baby for a while longer!
