December 3- A parade and some cookies

We had a VERY busy day on Saturday.  We woke up early to head downtown to go to the Christmas parade.  I have been wanting to go for the past few years, but it has either been too cold or we already had something planned.  The weather was supposed to be nice, but it was very windy which made it feel colder than it really was.

Here Ella is at a little plaza across the street waiting for the parade to start.

Ella LOVED all of the balloons.  She said that it was just like the parade that she watched on TV (Macy’s Thanksgiving day parade).

I told Ella that Frosty was coming and when she saw him she informed me that it was not Frosty, because Frosty has a carrot nose.  I guess that my three year old is smarter than me! :)

Then the elf balloons came and that means that….

After we got home we got all ready for some friends to come over for our 3rd Annual Cookie Decorating Party!

What a fun filled day!!

Where was Goody today??  Well, he spilled some of the sprinkles that we had put out for the party, and then he made a snow angel in them.  Silly Goody!
